HELAL REACHES CONSTABLE FINALS
FOR TRINITY WOMEN'S SQUASH

Princeton, N.J. - Freshman Amina Helal (Manchester, England) won three matches before losing in the finals of the 2001 Constable Women's Squash Tournament at Princeton University. Helal won, 3-0, in the first round, 3-1, in the second round, and, 3-0, in the semifinals, but dropped a 3-1 decision in the finals to 1998 and 1999 Constable champion Julia Beaver (Brooklyn, N.Y.), of Princeton.

Trinity senior captain Janine Thomson (Port Elizabeth, South Africa), who defeated Beaver in the finals last spring, was upset in the second round and lost again in the consolation semifinals. Sophomore Clare Austin (Banbury, England) won the Level 4.5 tourney of the Princeton Invitational with four victories, including a 3-1 win in the finals, and senior Sarah Greenwood (Philadelphia, Pa.) went 3-2 to advance to the Level 3.5 consolation semifinals
