TRINITY WOMEN'S SOCCER CLOBBERS
COLBY TO REMAIN UNBEATEN

Hartford, Conn.- Junior Courtney Doyle (West Simsbury, Conn.) led a well-balanced offensive attack with two goals and two assists to lead Trinity College Bantams to a 5-0 win over the visiting Colby College White Mules in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) women's soccer action this afternoon. Trinity improves to 3-0-1 overall and 1-0-1 in the NESCAC with its second straight win, while the Mules dip to 2-2 overall and 0-2 in the league.

Bantam junior forward Lindsay Aquilina and sophomore forwards Leah Felis (Stowe, Vt.) and Nicole Mauger (East Bridgewater, Mass.) also scored, as Trinity pummeled the Mules with 41 shots in the game. Mauger added an assist. Trinity sophomore goalkeepers Brenna Shields (Cutchogue, N.Y.) and Katherine Mahoney (Wellesley, Mass.) combined for seven saves and a shutout, while sophomore Elizabeth Riley (Saco, Maine) made nine stops for Colby..
