CHESSNER SCORES FIVE IN MIDDLEBURY
WOMEN'S LACROSSE WIN AT TRINITY

Hartford, Conn. - Junior midfielder Char Glessner (Ipswich, Mass.) scored five goals and had one assist to lead the visiting Middlebury College Panthers to a 16-9 win over the Trinity College Bantams in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) women’s lacrosse action this afternoon. Trinity drops to 7-5 overall and 2-5 in the NESCAC with its third straight loss, while the Panthers, ranked No. 1 in the nation, improve to 10-0 overall and 7-0 in the league.

Bantam freshman attack Beatrice Gratry (Hunting Valley, Ohio) notched four goals, and senior attack Anna Sullivan (Brookline, Mass.) found the net twice, and added an assist. Sophomore goalie Alexandra Benjamin (Weston, Mass.) had 8 saves for Trinity.
