BOWDOIN WOMEN’S ICE
HOCKEY BLANKS TRINITY

West Hartford, Conn. - Junior forward Jennifer Pelkey (Cornwall, Ontario)  had one goal and one assist to lead the visiting Bowdoin College Polar Bears to a 4-0 win over the Trinity College Bantams in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) women’s ice hockey action this afternoon at Kingswood-Oxford Rink. 

Trinity falls to 1-6 overall and in the NESCAC, while the Polar Bears improve to 7-0-1 overall and 5-0 in the league.  Bantam junior tri-captain goalie Mimi MacKinnon (Glen Cove, N.Y.) made 55 saves in a losing effort.
