RECORD-BREAKING MCCLOSKEY LEADS TRINITY
WOMEN'S HOOPS TO WIN OVER JUNIATA

Swarthmore, Pa. - Junior center Kate McCloskey (Uxbridge, Mass.) scored a College record 44 points and grabbed 18 rebounds to lead the Trinity Bantams to an 91-90 overtime victory over the Juniata College Eagles in the consolation round of the Swarthmore College Women’s Basketball Tip-Off Tournament this afternoon. Trinity, which played two overtime games in the tourney, evens its season mark at 1-1, while the Eagles drop to 0-2.

McCloskey made 13 out of 18 field goals and 18 out of 21 free throws in the game, while senior forward Kate Toman (Santa Margarita, Calif.) scored 12 points off the bench and senior co-captain Bridget Dullea (Longmeadow, Mass.) added 11 points.
