TRINITY WOMEN'S HOOPS POUNDS OSWEGO
IN CWRU TOURNEY SEMIFINALS

Cleveland, Ohio - Junior guard Alison Hadden (Drexel Hill, Pa.) scored 16 points to lead the Trinity College Bantams to an 84-46 win over Oswego State College Lakers in the semifinals of the Lady Spartan Classic at Case Western Reseve University this evening.

Trinity is now 1-0 and will face the host Lady Spartans in the finals tomorrow at 3 p.m. Oswego State is 0-1 and will face Denison University at 1 p.m. in the consolation game.

Four Bantams scored in double figures as Trinity jumped out to a 36-19 halftime lead. Hadden made all 10 of her free throws and added seven rebounds, while junior forward Bridget Dullea (Longmeadow, Mass.) totaled 14 points and five boards.

Sophomore center Kate McCloskey (Uxbridge, Mass.) had a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds, and freshman forward Nora Chlupsa (Garden City, N.Y.) had 10 points and seven rebounds in her colegiate debut for Trinity. The Bantam defense held Oswego to 24.5% field goal shooting and no Laker scored more then seven points in the game.
