BABSON WOMEN'S BASKETBALL STAYS
PERFECT WITH WIN OVER TRINITY

Babson Park, Mass. - Sophomore forward Ingrid Miller (East Lyme, Conn.) scored 21 points to lead the visiting Babson College Beavers to a 73-67 win over the Trinity College Bantams in women’s basketball action this afternoon. Trinity falls to 3-4, while Babson with its eight game of the season versus zero losses.

Trinity led, 41-29, at the half and 66-59 with :56 remaining in the game. The Beavers outscored Trinity, 14-1, in the final minute. Junior Meredith Eddy (North Andover, Mass.) sank teo free throws to tie the game at 67-67 with and two more to give Babson the lead at 69-67.

Sophomore guard Shannon Herald (Downers grove, Ill.) led Trinity with 19 points, along with seven rebounds. Junior forward Bridget Dullea (Longmeadow, Mass.) had 18 points and eight rebounds, while sophomore center Kate McCloskey (Uxbridge, Mass.) tallied 17 points and 12 boards for the Bantams.
