TRINITY VOLLEYBALL LOSES
AT WILLIAMS IN NESCAC TOURNAMENT
Williamstown, Mass.- Sophomore opposite hitter Charlotte Grassi (Chevy Chase, Md.) totaled seven digs, five kills, and three aces in a losing effort, as the Trinity College Bantams dropped a 3-0 decision against the Williams College Ephs in the quarter-final round of the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Championship Tournament this evening at Williams. Trinity, seeded No. 8 in the tourney, finishes the season with a 13-18 record, while top-seeded Williams improves to 31-5 and will play a semi-final match tomorrow against No. 4-seeded Bates. Freshman defensive specialist Chelsea Lake (Minneapolis, Minn.) added 10 digs for the Bantams.
