TRINITY VOLLEYBALL TAKES TWO FROM MAINE SCHOOLS
New London, Conn.- Junior Beth Landry (Troy, Mich.) totaled 28 kills, 25 digs and 15 blocks to lead the Trinity College Bantams to 2-1 record at the third and final NESCAC Volleyball Seeding Tournament of the season at Connecticut College this weekend.
The Bantams are now 10-13 and finish the NESCAC regular season at 4-7. Trinity opened the day by playing well in a 3-1 loss to Bates, but rebounded to blank Bowdoin College, 3-0. Against Colby, Trinity dropped the first game, 15-7, but won three straight games to win, 3-1. Junior co-captain Kristin Hagan (San Francisco, Calif.) had 21 kills and 12 digs against Colby.
