TRINITY MEN'S SQUASH RECORDS
FOURTH SHUTOUT IN FOUR MATCHES
Hartford, Conn. - Freshman Michael Ferriera (Stamford, England) dominated play at the No. 5 position with a 15-0, 15-5, 15-2 to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 9-0 win over the Denison University Big Red in men's squash action this afternoon. Trinity, which is ranked No.1 in the nation, is now 4-0 and has won 39 consecutive matches since losing in the Potter Trophy finals in 1998. Denison falls to 4-2 with its lossesto both Williams and Trinity today.
All nine Bantams players swept 3-0 matches against the Big Red, including sophomore No. 1 Jonathan Smith (Leeds, England), senior No. 2 Akhil Behl (Bombay, India), and sophomore No. 3 Nickolas Kyme (Pembroke, Bermuda). Smith is the No. 3 -ranked player in intercollegiate squash and Behl is No. 1.
