KEEPERS SHINE IN SCORELESS TIE
BETWEEN TRINITY AND ALBERTUS
Hartford, Conn.- Senior tri-captain goalkeeper Tom Hambrick-Stowe (Lancaster, Pa.) made 11 saves as the Trinity College Bantams managed a 0-0 tie against the visiting Albertus Magnus College Falcons in men's soccer action this evening. Trinity, ranked No. 9 in New England is now 0-0-2, while the Falcons move to 2-1-1.
Sophomore keeper John Adams (West Haven, Conn.) made 13 saves for the Falcons, as both goalkeepers held the opponents scoreless through regulation and two 15 minute overtime periods. Trinity sophomore forward Morgan Sandell (Cohasset, Mass.) took 10 shots but couldn't find the net ina frustrating day for the Bantams. Trinity outshot the Falcons, 26-15.
