MIDDLEBURY MEN'S LACROSSE PULLS 
AWAY IN DEFEAT OF TRINITY

	Middlebury, VT - Two top-20 teams battled it out in a NESCAC matchup
in Middlebury with the #4 Panthers pulling away for a 18-10 win over #19
Trinity. The Panthers outscored the Bantams 6-0 in the fourth quarter on
their way to the win.
	Trailing 3-2, Middlebury scored the final three goals of the first
quarter to take a 5-3 lead with five different scorers. Middlebury held a
two-goal lead in the second quarter when goals from Ravi Pillay (Bethesda,
MD) and Bobby Souers (Montgomery Village, MD) gave the Bantams a 7-6 lead
with 8:41 left in the half. Middlebury scored three of the quarter's final
four goals to take a 9-8 lead at the break. 
	Middlebury scored a pair of early third quarter goals to take an
11-8 lead. Trinity scored two of the last three goals in the quarter to cut
the margin to two (12-10) after three quarters. Middlebury sealed the win in
the fourth quarter with six unanswered. Zach Herbert (Cape Elizabeth, ME)
led Middlebury with five goals, while Pillay equaled the task.
