KISIELIUS AND LABRIE POWER TRINITY
TO WIN OVER SKIDMORE ON THE ICE

 West Hartford, Conn.  – Junior forward Steve LaBrie (Springfield, Mass.) notched two goals and two assists to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 6-0 win over the visiting Skidmore College Thoroughbreds in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC)/Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) East men’s ice hockey action this afternoon at Kingswood-Oxford Rink 

Trinity, ranked No. 14 in the nation, improves to 13-4-2 overall and 12-2-1 in the NESCAC with its second win in two days, while the Thoroughbreds drop to 6-11-2 overall and 5-9-1 in the ECAC East.

Trinity freshman forward Barrett Wilson-Murphy (Southboro, Mass.) scored the only goal of the first period, despite 17 shots on goal for the Bantams, but classmate Cameron Finch (Acton, Mass.) scored 8:34 into the second frame and LaBrie lit the lamp twice over the next eight minutes. 

Trinity sophomore goalie Doug Kisielius (Park Ridge, Ill.) made 23 saves to record his fourth shutout in the last seven games.  Senior co-captain forward Greg O’Leary (Reading, Mass.) assisted on three goals and freshman forward Bryan Crabtree (North Andover, Mass.) added a goal and an assist for the Bantams.  Freshman netminder Mike Mansfield (Arlington, Mass.) stopped 39 shots for the Thoroughbreds.
