TRINITY BEATS HARTWICK
IN TOURNAMENT CONSOLATION GAME
Keohane Earns All-Tourney Honors
Oneonta, N.Y. - Senior guard Mike Keohane (Belmont, Mass.) scored 17 points and dished out four assists to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 69-57 win over the Hartwick College Hawks in the consolation game of the Holiday Inn Classic Tip-Off Tournament at Oneonta State College this afternoon.
Trinity evens its season record at 1-1, while Hartwick falls to 0-2. Baldwin-Wallace College, who defeated Trinity, 67-65 in the semifinals, defeated Oneonta State, who beat Hartwick, 69-58, in its first round game, by a score of 90-72 in the tournament finals.
Keohane, who made eight of his 10 free throws, made the All-Tournament squad. Junior captain Colin Tabb (Somers, Conn.) paced the Bantams with 22 points and added six rebounds for Trinity, while junior forward Brian Dion (East Haven, Conn.) added 12 points and 12 boards. Senior guard Josh Brown (Oneonta, N.Y.) led all scorers with 31 points and grabbed nine rebounds.
