TRINITY BASEBALL SWEEPS BABSON
BEHIND BAYLISS AND TIDMARSH

Fort Myers, Fla.- Junior right-hander Jonah Bayliss (Williamstown, Mass.) and sophomore righty Kevin Tidmarsh (Meriden, Conn.) each pitched a shutout to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a sweep of the Babson College Beavers in the Gene Cusic Collegiate Baseball Classic this afternoon at Terry Park. Trinity remains perfect in four games and has outscored its opponents by a combined score of 46-12. Babson dips to 0-2.

Bayliss allowed four hits and struck out 11 in the first game, and senior outfielder Mark Mahoney (Newton, Mass.) keyed a two-run second inning with a double for the Bantams. Tidmarsh struck out eight in a three-hitter in the nightcap.
