SWEEP OF ST. JOHN'S ON THE DIAMOND

Elder Brother Jarrett Breaks Trinity Win Record

Fort Myers, Fla.- Trinity senior co-captain right-hander Jarrett Bayliss (Williamstown, Mass.) pitched a two-hitter with five strikeouts to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 3-1 win over the St. John's University Johnnies in the first game and a sweep of the doubleheader in the Gene Cusic Baseball Classic.

Sophomore righty Jonah Bayliss (Williamstown, Mass.) allowed one hit and struck out six over six innings in the second game as Trinity won easily, 15-4. Trinity, which has won three games in a row, improves to 6-1, while the Johnnies fall to 2-2.
