TRINITY BASEBALL WINS TWO IN FIRST DAY OF SPRING TRIP
Cape Coral, Fla.- Trinity senior co-captain right-hander Jarrett Bayliss (Williamstown, Mass.) allowed one hit over six innings of shutout ball in the first game and junior Andrew Freimuth (Bristol, Conn.) had three hits, one home run, and six RBI to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 12-0 win over the Edgewood College Eagles and a 17-9 victory over the Salve Regina University Seahawks in its first two games of the Gene Cusic Baseball Classic and the first two games of its 2001 season.
