MILES GOES YARD TWICE AT ALBERTUS IN TRINITY BASEBALL VICTORY

Middletown, CT- Senior catcher Jake Miles (Lewistown, IL) homered twice and
singled for a total of six RBI to lead the visiting Trinity College Bantams
to a 16-6 win over the Albertus Magnus College Falcons in baseball action
this afternoon.  	
	Trinity, which is ranked No. 5 in the NCAA Division III New England
Coaches' Poll and No. 16 in the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper Division III
national poll, improves to 14-4 with six straight victories. Albertus falls
to 10-12.
	Miles hit a three-run homer over the rightfield wall in a seven-run
Bantam fourth inning and another three-run shot over the 400-foot mark in
right-centerfield to highlight a seven-run Bantam fifth inning.  Freshman
righthander Jonah Bayliss (Williamstown, MA) pitched five inning and allowed
six runs but just one was earned as the Bantams committed six errors.
Senior righthander Paul Gemelli (Hanover, MA) and sophomore righty Justin
Olewnik (Pittsfield, MA) combined for four innings of hitless and scoreless
relief.
