HARTFORD, Conn., June 14 -- Five Trinity College seniors received Blanket Awards for having earned nine varsity letters during their careers at the College.

Men's cross country co-captains and indoor track and field letterwinners Adam Forkner (Milton, MA) and David Kyle (Topsfield, MA), and cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field letterwinners Ben Goss (York, ME), Andrew Malick (Piedmont, CA), and Matthew Wong (Meriden, CT) were the Blanket Award winners for the Class of 2000.

All five athletes helped the 1999 cross country team to an eighth-place finish at the NCAA Division III New England Championships. Kyle, Goss, and Malick were also All-New England selections in outdoor track and field.
