Varsity Letters and Blanket Awards

Hartford, Conn., July 9, 2002 - Trinity College seniors Beth Landry (Troy, Mich.), Caroline Leary (Bedford, Mass.), Jessica Martin (Fort Myers, Fla.), and Steve Napier (Blue Bell, Pa.) were each presented with Blanket Awards for having earned nine or more varsity letters in their respective athletic careers.

Landry earned four letters in volleyball, three letters in indoor track and field, three letters in outdoor track and field, and one letter in basketball. Leary earned four letters in cross country and three letters in both indoor track and field and outdoor track and field. Martin earned four letters in field hockey and ice hockey, as well as two letters in outdoor track and field, while Napier earned four letters cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field.
