| The arts and music of Puerto Rico were celebrated in February 2000 with a
new festival featuring concerts, lectures, films, exhibits, and workshops held on the
Trinity College campus and at other locations in Hartford. The video provides excerpts and
highlights from the festival as well as comments from the many in the community who
attended the exciting events.
