Coach Priore Honored as NESCAC Coach of the Year
Head Football Coach Chuck Priore has been named the 2003 Coach of the
Year by the New England Small College Athletic Conference.
The Bantams finished the season with a perfect 8-0 record, winning the
conference title for the second straight year. The team has now won 14
consecutive games dating back to the second game of the 2002 campaign.
Priore, who was profiled in the November 17, 2003 issue of eQuad, took
the reins of the Trinity football program immediately following the
1999 season after eight seasons as the offensive line coach and
offensive coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania. His teams
have compiled a 23-9 record in four years at Trinity.
