Campus-Community Connections -- A Pictorial

Trinity College

The following group of maps depicts a wide variety of academic associations that Trinity College enjoys with its community partners, associations from which all benefit.  Prepared for the office of the dean of the faculty in association with the College's Community Learning Initiative and the Cities Data Center of the Trinity Center for Neighborhoods, the maps offer a visual representation of the range and types of college-community connections.

Several schools have participated in the Classical Magnet Program, bringing Trinity faculty into school classrooms to teach the classics. A middle school has collaborated with Trinity faculty and students to reclaim contaminated land in the city, while an elementary school has participated with Trinity in creating a dance about the earth.
