Reunion Weekend 2004
June
10-13th
General Information
The first stop you make on campus
should be Reunion Headquarters, located in the Austin Arts Center. Your
Reunion registration packet will be waiting for you, including the final
schedule of events, meal tickets, your class memento, and your name
badge. If you pre-register for on-campus housing, you will receive your
room assignment. Refreshments, a message board, and a “Look Who’s
Coming” list will also be available.
To help us plan appropriately,
please register no later than May 21. If you have questions regarding
your reservation or need to make changes, please contact the Alumni
Office at 860-297-2400 or at
trinity_reunion@trincoll.edu. Reservations
received after May 21 will be charged a $25 late fee.
|
Cancellation and Refund Policy |
You may cancel your reservation for
any reason by phone or in writing by May 21 and receive a full refund.
After May 21, refunds will be issued only in case of an emergency due to
commitments the College makes to caterers, vendors, and others. Refund
checks will be sent after Reunion bookkeeping is completed in early
July.
Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in any of the established College parking lots where they will be patrolled by Campus
Safety personnel. Please lock your car and do not leave valuables where
they can be seen.
All meals include a wide variety
of food to please every person's palate, including children's. Meals for children under the age of 10 not
participating in the Bantam Camp can be purchased for $8 per meal
(except for the New England Clambake and class dinners). Vegetarian
options are available at every meal. All meals are ticketed events. Meal
tickets will not be mailed in advance. When you check in at Reunion
Headquarters, you will receive
the appropriate meal tickets in your Reunion registration packet.

Shuttle Service Around Campus
via
Golf Cart or Car |
The Campus Safety and
Reunion staff will make every effort to accommodate those Reunion
participants who may have difficulty getting around on campus. Reunion
student workers will be visible around campus throughout the weekend in
golf carts. Each residence hall housing Reunion participants has a
hospitality room equipped with a campus telephone. Campus Safety
shuttles are not available for errands.
Please remember that Trinity residence hall rooms are
functional (sheets, pillow, towels, and blanket are provided). To make
the bare rooms a little cozier,
consider packing a nightlight, reading lamp, travel alarm clock, notepad
and pen, hangers, and maybe even an extra pillow or bath towel. All
restrooms and showers are "down the hall," so be prepared to dress for
the walk. Bring casual summer clothes, a sweater (or treat yourself to a
new Trinity sweatshirt from the College Bookstore!) for the cooler
evenings, one outfit that's fit for a festive class dinner and dancing
the night away, and rain gear, just in case. Don't forget to bring
athletic wear and your own towel if you plan on using the athletic
facilities or participating in any alumni sporting events.
Trinity
College encourages persons with disabilities to participate in Reunion
programs and activities. If you anticipate needing special
accommodations or have questions about accessing certain buildings,
please call the Alumni Office at 860-297-2400 by the May 21 reservation
deadline.
