Trinity Exchange goes live November 18
A new Web site with announcements and events for the Trinity community will replace the existing QP system and offer many personalized features for users. “Trinity Exchange is a new system allowing for the centralized retrieval and management of campus-wide information,” says Jean-Pierre Haeberly, project manager. “It consists of a Web site displaying up-to-date announcement and event information together with a daily e-mail informing the Trinity community of the recent postings.”
Trinity Exchange also offers a comprehensive posting system that is tailored to individual office and program needs. A series of training sessions for currently authorized QP posters was held in early October to help familiarize users with the new posting format. “Our hope is that the new Trinity Exchange will go a long way towards improving the internal communications flow,” says Mary O’Connor, executive director of communications. “Over time, as even more features are introduced, we expect that it will function as a central communications hub for news, updates, and information required for life at Trinity.” Trinity Exchange is a joint effort between the computing center and the communications office. back to top
