Kampits has
authored
numerous books
on Camus,
Sartre, Marcel,
Wittgenstein,
Austrian
philosophy, and
ethics. He has
lectured widely
in Europe as
well as in US,
Asia, Central
America,
South-America. A
past president
of the Austrian
Society for
Philosophy and
of the
International
Ferdinand-Ebner
Society Kampits
is currently an
executive board
member of
Austrian
Ludwig-Wittgenstein
Society; a
member of
European Academy
of Sciences and
the Arts, the
Austrian
UNESCO-Commission,
and the
PEN-Club.
