Dr.
MacCormack currently serves as co-chair of the Campaign for
Effective Leadership and the Basic Education Coalition and is a
member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Advisory Committee
on Voluntary Foreign Aid, the Executive Committee of InterAction,
and the Food Security Advisory Committee.
Minear
has worked on humanitarian and development issues since 1972, and
has written extensively and conducted research on numerous
humanitarian emergencies. He is also a staff member of the United
Nations.
