The symposium will be held in the Washington Room on the second floor of Mather Hall.  Parking is often challenging at Trinity.  Please follow this link for a campus map and various visitor parking lots. Mather Hall is building 14 on the campus map.   Due to renovation of the Long Walk along Summit Street, parking is unavailable for many of these Summit Street lots.  The closest and best option for visitor parking is via the Broad Street entrance to campus (just north of New Britain Ave. immediately beyond Crescent Street) Enter the College through the iron gate and there are several lots where parking is possible.  Lots closer to Mather tend to fill up faster in the morning than lots closer to Broad Street.  Please refer to the campus map to find parking lots (marked with purple P)

The symposium is being held during Trinity Days when classes are not held but school is in session.  Many students leave campus at this time and may alleviate some of the parking.  Plan to allow enough time to find parking and walk to Mather Hall. Signs should be posted outside to direct symposium participants to Mather Hall.

Panel Discussions
At the start of each panel discussion each panelist will be given a chance to make an opening statement of no more than 5 minutes.  If within this period any AV material is needed, panelists should send necessary material to jonathan.gourley@trincoll.edu in the form of a PowerPoint presentation by Friday October 5th.

Poster and Table Presentations
For those participants who submitted abstracts for posters you will have one 8ft wide by 4ft tall poster board to which you can attach material.  Push pins will be provided.  Tables will be standard 8 ft long folding tables.  Posters and table displays can be left up all day and there will be several breaks throughout the day when participants can browse posters and tables.  We ask poster and table presenters to be present at their displays after the last panel discussion from 3:30 to 4 pm to answer questions and meet with symposium participants.
