1: Membership, Election, Tenure

1.1: The membership of the Academic Dishonesty Appeals Board shall consist of four elected Faculty members. A member of the Appeals Board may not simultaneously serve as a member of the Academic Affairs Committee. (Passed February 12, 1991; Revised May 14, 2002)

1.2: Faculty members shall serve for a term of two years, with two members elected annually.

2: Jurisdiction and Obligations

2.1: The Appeals Board shall provide two Faculty members to the student Academic Dishonesty Appeals Board to consider appeals by students of actions by the student Academic Honor Council in cases of academic dishonesty.
