Welcome to the online home of the
Trinity Pipes!
To hire the Pipes for your event,

The Pipes is Trinity College’s oldest and only co-ed a cappella group. The group originated as a male quartet in 1938 in the
library of Trinity’s St. Anthony’s Hall. Over the years the Pipes evolved from a small male choir to a folk band to an a cappella group. When the college went co-ed in 1970, so did the Pipes.
The Pipes’ musical taste is as diverse as the people in the group;
integrating into their repertoire jazz standards such as “Perfidia” and 80s classics like “Jesse’s Girl” to country favorites and the newest releases by popular artists such as Gavin DeGraw and
The Fray, the Pipes have a song for just about everyone.
A new CD is released at least every other year and our newest one,
pipedream, is on sale now!
The Pipes perform for Trinity students and faculty, at Hartford
charity events, for alumni and
private parties, and at many other colleges and
educational institutions.
We practice
four days per week and hold
auditions at the beginning of
each semester. We are always looking for enthusiastic
new members.
The Pipes are singers, song arrangers, artists, percussionists, and friends who love music and
making singing at a professional level part of their
experience at Trinity College. Now,
get to know the Pipes! |
