Trinity Welcomes 23 New Players |
|
Trinity College's Men's
Lacrosse program would like to welcome the largest recruiting class
in program history. There are 20 freshman and 3 transfer students
from nine different states and the District of Columbia. It was
important for us to have a large class and expand our roster size to
create a more competitive environment on the field. The class
includes six attack men, eleven midfielders, four defenseman, and
two goalies. Our philosophy is to develop players by having a significant portion of our daily practices consisting of full field scrimmages. We needed to balance out our roster to enable us to have the proper number of players necessary in each position. Our recruiting classes in the future will consist of eight to ten players, which will give us consistency in the proper numbers. There are many players in this class who will have an immediate impact on our team. We believe this is the strongest recruiting class ever to be brought to Trinity College. |
