Mission

The Exempt Council is established to enable its members to contribute more meaningfully to the College’s pursuit of its educational mission. The Council recognizes that its membership is composed of a highly skilled and dedicated group of people who bring intelligence and years of experience to the performance of their duties in service to the College. The Council is created to give voice to these men and women as they seek to contribute to Trinity in ways that go beyond those outlined by their job descriptions. Read the entire bylaws...

ESC elects new board! The 2008-09 board members are: David Andres, Joe Barber, Rachael Barlow, Wendy DeLisa, Sylvia DeMore, Carlos Espinosa, Scott Herrmann-Keeling, Rita Law, Susan Salisbury, and David Tatem.

Human Resources is forming a Benefits Committee, and ESC was asked to suggest two individuals from the exempt staff who would participate. Phil Duffy from Media Technology Services, and Terry Hosig from the Registrar's Office have volunteered, and we are happy to have them represent exempt staff interests on this important committee.

Bylaws approved. This spring, exempt staff voted to approve the proposed bylaws for the Exempt Staff Council. President Jones followed this success with a congratulatory memo, which was sent to the campus. Read the text here...
