-Friday, Dec 6: Ping Pong Tournament
-Sign-ups were taken, if people that were not there today, must email Sheree.adams@trincoll.edu by Tuesday, Nov. 26.
-Sunday, Dec 8 @ 7PM: End of the year party-there will be dinner, secret santa, elections, and viewing of Diwali video
-Office of Multicultural Affairs: Gave us items for Christmas: rice cooker, speakers and color printer for the computer, and an entertainment center.
-Eboard next semester:
There are two positions open for next semester as Sheree and Shikha are going abroad. Secretary and Public Relations Chair are open, and Tico will be Vice President next semester.
  -Secretary is responsible to take minutes at every eboard and general body meetings. Is also responsible to get keep group informed.
  -Public Relations chair needs to be the "face of AASA." Must promote and be an advertisement for AASA. -Nominations at meeting:
  Secretary: Narin and Doris
Public Relations:Saki and Nilson, *Nilson was not there, but was later contacted and he accepted the nomination.-If members are interested in nominating someone that was not at meeting or if they themselves were not at meeting and want to nominate themselves, they must contact Sheree by Tuesday, November 26.
-Secret Santa: Names were distributed using only the names of those at meeting. If members are interested in participating and were not there at meeting, must contact Sheree by Tuesday, November 26 to participate.
