Giving Societies

Located in the Fuller Arch in the heart of the Long Walk, the Wall of Honor celebrates lifetimes of philanthropy.  Etched into the Wall are the names of those alumni, parents, friends, and organization who have had the most profound impact at the College in its 188-year history.

The Long Walk Societies honor leaders in giving whose philanthropy has had the greatest impact during a given year.  Long Walk Society members' gifts made up nearly 85 percent of the Trinity College Fund in 2012-2013.

The Elms Society recognizes those individuals who have included Trinity in their estate plans or supported Trinity through a special gift vehicle.   Their commitment strengthens the College's financial foundations and ensures future generations of  students have access to outstanding educational opportunities at Trinity.

The Chairman's Circle recognizes leadership gifts to the Trinity Fund of $10,000 or more.  The Trinity Fund accounted for approximately eight percent of the College's operating revenue budget in 2012-2013.
