    Arrival Procedures

  1. Prior to entering the contest's main doors, please review the INFORMATION BOARD to find your table assignment.  You will have a row number 1-7 and a table number 1-5.  The combination is your assigned work station.  Example:  Station 24 is in row 2, table block 4.

  2. The team leader (only) should go to REGISTRATION  to check in.  One representative must check-in in person upon arrival; it is not necessary to bring the robot or team members with you.  The remaining robot team members may all go to their assigned work station.  Each work station has 4 tables which may (or may not) be shared with another team, so please be courteous and share the space.  Each work station will have electrical capabilities, however you may want to bring a power strip.

  3. Use any board in the back of the room to hang their poster on.  Each board will accommodate 3-4 posters.  Tacks and clips will be provided.  It does not matter if the board is located near your work station, simply use any available space to display your poster.
