of designing and building a successful robot. We will recognize achievements
through both cash prizes and non-cash prizes.

All prize winners must submit a tax form to receive prize money. US
winners must use the w9 form

international winners must use the

www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw8ben.pdf. The forms must be filled out, signed, and mailed or
e-mailed to Jessica Studinski. If the forms are not properly filled
out, no prize will be awarded. Prize winners must include division and
placement with the completed tax form.
