Targeting students holding leadership positions in organizations such as SGA, cultural organizations, fraternities and sororities and community service organizations, this is an opportunity for students to consider their role in promoting an inclusive atmosphere on their campus, working across lines of race and ethnicity to develop skills in promoting positive changes in the campus climate.Students will hear from experienced speakers, have opportunities to explore their own perspectives on and experiences with inclusive diversity, and develop an action plan that builds on the skills development and team building experiences of the two days. Student teams will share this action plan for promoting a diverse social and cultural life with the college/university president upon their return.
