                                     Kicking off the conference, a panel of CHAS graduates will discuss the impact
                                     that the Black and Latino Males conference has had in their personal, academic,
                                     and community experiences while in college. They will share their views on how to
                                     maximize the education value of the conference through some post-graduate
                                     observations.
