The Sociology Department faculty are distinguished scholars, highly regarded in the field and active in research. At the same time, they share a very strong commitment to teaching. They enjoy the opportunity to introduce students to the perspectives of sociology and make themselves accessible to students. All of Trinity's Sociology faculty teach introductory as well as upper-level courses, a demonstration of their commitment and abiding interest in teaching and advising undergraduates.
