William Butos
William Butos is Professor of Economics at Trinity College,
where he teaches courses in macroeconomics, history of economic thought,
and money and banking. He is affiliated with New York University
as a Faculty Research Fellow and with the Foundation for Economic Education.
He earned his B.A. and M.A. at Brooklyn College
and his Ph.D at Pennsylvania State University. He is the author of several dozen
articles in scholarly journals, principally in the areas of monetary economics,
the history of economic thought, and the economics of science and knowledge.
