Henry DePhillips
Henry DePhillips is the Vernon K. Krieble Professor of Chemistry at Trinity
College, where he was formerly Dean of the Faculty.
In 2000, he received the Brownell Prize, Trinity College’s most
prestigious award for excellence in teaching.
His research analyzes
samples from works of art for museum curators who need
information for a variety of purposes: authentication, dating, provenance,
but most often for conservation and restoration purposes.
