Fine Arts
The Fine Arts curriculum is designed to complement any liberal-arts major and to provide superb depth for majors in art history. It has three components:- Introductory courses in art history.
- Advanced courses in art history.
- A course in Art Conservation and a course in Studio Arts.
Art History
We follow the course number philosophy of the Fine Arts Department at Trinity:- 100-level courses are general surveys. (Reserved for students new to art history.)
- 200-level courses are period or theme surveys. (Open to all students.)
- 300-level courses are seminars. (Prior coursework in art history is required.)
