About Trinity

Trinity College looks like a traditional New England liberal arts school. But we act in some untraditional ways.

From our urban-global education, to real-world research with faculty members, and our First-Year Program, Trinity is a vibrant academic environment.

We have a 10:1 faculty/student ratio with 38 academic majors in the liberal arts and sciences, including one in engineering. There are also 26 interdisciplinary minors like human rights, Jewish studies, and African American studies.

Our study abroad program will take you around the world to our own international program sites.

More than 200 for-credit academic internships give you experience beyond the classroom.

We also have programs for adult learners through our IDP Undergraduate Program for Adults, as well as Graduate Studies in three areas.

The campus is beautiful in a traditional New England-college way - 100 acres dotted with historic buildings - located in Connecticut's state capital, the city of Hartford.

Trinity has 2,300 students from 45 states and 47 countries who connect to the College and each other through 100 student organizations, 29 NCAA Division III athletic teams, internships, and volunteer projects.

The best thing is to visit Trinity and see for yourself. Contact us or visit our campus for a tour.
