Reunion Weekend 2004

On-Campus Housing 
& Hotel Options

Space is limited and an advance reservation is necessary.  To help us plan appropriately and to make certain you are not disappointed, please register no later than May 21.  No campus housing will be available Reunion Weekend without an advance reservation. 

If you wish to be assigned to a room close to a classmate (or classmates), you and the other parties must make that request in writing – and in advance – on the reservation form.  We will then do our best to fulfill your request and to house alumni by class. Class housing locations will not be available prior to the weekend. Room assignments will be distributed when you check in at Reunion Headquarters. Rooms with private baths are not available, and bath facilities are not as luxurious as those in hotels. Most rooms are singles; doubles are assigned to couples on a first-come, first-served basis. Each residence hall housing Reunion participants will have a hospitality room equipped with a campus telephone. No pets are allowed in the residence halls.  

To accommodate the needs of families, we will do our best to house them together and in quads. We can provide free housing only for children who bring their own linens (sleeping bag, pillow, and bath towel). Otherwise, a full housing fee will be charged for children. You are welcome to bring your own babysitter, but you are responsible for that individual. Free housing will be provided for babysitters who bring their own linens. Meals may be purchased for the babysitter at the same rate as for children. Space is limited and an advance reservation is necessary. Please register no later than May 21.  

If you plan on arriving after Reunion Headquarters closes, please contact the Alumni Office at 860-297-2403 or trinity_reunion@trincoll.edu prior to the weekend to make arrangements to pick up your room assignment.  

Reunion Headquarters will be open Thursday: 11 am-7 pm; Friday: 9 am-8 pm; and Saturday: 9 am-7:30 pm.  

Please remember that Trinity residence hall rooms are functional (sheets, pillow, towels, and blanket are provided). To make the bare rooms a little cozier, consider packing a nightlight, reading lamp, travel alarm clock, notepad and pen, hangers, and maybe even an extra pillow or bath towel. All restrooms and showers are “down the hall,” so be prepared to dress for the walk. Bring casual summer clothes, a sweater (or treat yourself to a new Trinity sweatshirt from the College Bookstore!) for the cooler evenings, one outfit that’s fit for a festive class dinner and dancing the night away, and rain gear, just in case. Don’t forget to bring athletic wear and your own towel if you plan on using the athletic facilities or participating in any alumni sporting events.
