AGENCY FUNCTION: The Old State House Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization charged with the preservation of the Old State House as a national historic landmark and with serving the public as a cultural and educational resource through exhibitions, programs, and special events.

INTERN ACTIVITIES: 1/ Research: researching the building, its contents, and historic events associated with it or other special areas related to exhibitions. 2/ Education: giving tours and participating in outreach programs, developing school programs, planning programs for the handicapped, and possibly developing educational materials and programs for Spanish-speaking visitors.
