AGENCY FUNCTION: A not-for-profit multi-generational agency serving the social, physical, and educational needs and interests of the Greater Hartford Jewish population.

INTERN ACTIVITIES: 1/ Assist with the planning and implementation of the Annual Jewish Film Festival each spring; work with Festival director and committee to screen films, plan schedule, public relations, ticket sales, events (available both semesters); assist with the planning and implementation of the Annual Jewish Book Festival each fall, working with the director and committee to organize lectures, ticket sales, receptions, book sale, etc. (Fall semester only).  2/ Assist with planning and implementation of special activities during after-school program (1st - 6th grade); assist Director with administrative work and youth committee work; assist with planning and implementation of Teen and Family Programming.  Assist in Early Childhood programs.

HOURS PER WEEK: 8 - 20
