AGENCY FUNCTION: The Governor’s Prevention Partnership is a non-profit public-private partnership that seeks to reduce drug and alcohol use and its related impact on health, safety and violence in Connecticut.  For more information, visit www.preventionworksct.org.

INTERN ACTIVITIES: :  Interns will have hands-on experience in program development, evaluation, research, event planning, and policy analysis.  Project/assignment areas will be based on intern qualifications and interests.  Current projects are The CT Mentoring Project, Parents Work!, The CT Coalition to Stop Underage Drinking, The School and Campus Partnership, and Finance/Technology.

HOURS PER WEEK: 8-20 per week; flexible to student schedules.
