AGENCY FUNCTION:  Provides legal services for all agencies of the state, including representation in federal and state courts.

 

INTERN ACTIVITIES:  Placement will be in one of the following departments:  Antitrust, Child Protection, Civil Rights and Torts, Collections and Child Support, Consumer Protection, Environment, Employment Rights, Finance and Public Utilities, Public Safety and Special Revenue, Health Care Fraud, Health and Education, Special Litigation, Transportation, Workers’ Compensation and Labor Relations.  Activities cover a broad range of assistance to attorneys, research and writing.

 

HOURS PER WEEK: 8-15
