A special 2-hour Poster Session will conclude each day (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu).

Approximately 60 posters (2 x 30) will be on view at the conference (Mon - Thur) with authors required to be present at their poster on 2 days:

Session 1: Mon - Tue (A-K)

Session 2: Wed- Thur (L-Z)

Each poster will be assigned to either Session 1 or 2 depending on initial of first author's surname.

Poster Format

Posters are to be attached to vertical poster boards provided. Pins and/or velcro will be available but bring your own as back-up.

Each board has dimensions: 180 cm x 120 cm
It is recommended each poster is A0 size = 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm
