The conference will be held at the Woudschoten Conferentiecentrum in Zeist. This conference centre is situated in a large domain with lawns and woods, guaranteeing a good working and discussing atmosphere, a pleasant stay, and lots of fun.

EWEP4 will follow the pattern established at EWEP3 (Germany):
Tuesday July 2
- Registration and reception
Wednesday through Friday
- morning: invited speaker and discussion
- afternoon: paper presentations\
- in between: poster presentations and videodemonstrations
